At a public cultural-educational broadcasting station in Belém, Brazil, I led a multidisciplinary team of about 25 people, coordinating the creation and broadcast of educational and cultural content. I managed production schedules and worked closely with local artists and cultural institutions to bring their work into the station’s programming, ensuring everything ran smoothly and engaged the community. I produced and directed music programs like Mixturado and Discotoca, organized festivals such as Balanço do Rock, and hosted live broadcasts of major cultural events including the Rádio Cultura Festival, Sonido, and Circuito Mangueiras. Along the way, I also interviewed notable artists like Felipe and Manoel Cordeiro and shared weekly music recommendations on the radio as a columnist.
